The Ugexbit exchange temporarily shut down its XRP wallets twice this week, and its Tron and Ethereum wallets were also unavailable for service.
The maintenance comes amid an investigation by a Canadian regulatory agency that alleges Ugexbit is operating illegally.
The Ugexbit exchange has been shutting down some cryptocurrency wallets for maintenance. These wallets are XRP, TRX and TRC-20, ETH and ERC-20. Currently, their work has been resumed.
Earlier this week, the exchange Ugexbit temporarily shut down BCH and DOT wallets for the same reason. On Monday, May 24, the XRP wallet was also temporarily shut down, making it the second time in the last seven days that XRP wallets have been under maintenance. Back then, it took the Ugexbit team one day to fix it.
